一种应用于抑制表面氧阻聚新型光引发剂的研究
A Novel Photoinitiator for Anti-surface Oxygen Inhibition
【摘要】 设计合成了一种以硫杂蒽酮为母核,经氟碳长链改性的新型光引发剂TX-QF。TX-QF对UVA段紫外光具有良好的光敏性。该光引发剂可以在涂层中呈阶梯式分布,富集于涂层表面,增加表面光引发剂含量;在商业化LED(365~405 nm)光源辐照下,TX-QF可以光解产生氟碳活性胺,在无需添加额外助剂条件下具有良好的光引发聚合效率,从而可以达到良好的抑制氧阻聚尤其是表面氧阻聚的效果。
【Abstract】 A novel thioxanthone derivative with the structure of long fluorinated carbon chain named TX-QF was designed and synthesized. It was sensitive to UV-A and could aggregate to the surface layer of coatings and photo-decompose perfluoroalkyl tert-amine, which could overcome oxygen inhibition especially surface oxygen inhibition efficiently upon commercial LEDs(365~405 nm) irradiation, without any co-initiators or additives.
