羊踟蹰提取物对金黄色葡萄糖球菌的抑菌机制研究

【摘要】 为探究羊踟蹰提取物对金黄色葡萄糖球菌的作用机制,通过测定菌液电导率、核酸含量变化研究该提取物对细胞膜通透性的影响,并用扫描电镜观察其对菌体形态的影响。结果表明,该提取物作用后菌液电导率升高、核酸流出增多,菌体发生凹陷、破裂。推测羊踟蹰提取物可能通过破坏细菌细胞膜甚至细胞完整性,使得细胞内的导电离子及核酸物质外流,从而造成细菌死亡。

【Abstract】 To study the action mechanism of Rhododendron molle(Blume) G. Don extract on Staphylococcus aureus(SA), the effects of Rhododendron molle(Blume) G. Don extract on SA cell membrane permeability were studied by changing the content of conductivity and DNA and RNA macromolecule substances after the action of the extract,and the effect of the extract on SA cell morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that conductivity and nucleic acid in SA increased, and the cell morphology changed significantly after treated with Rhododendron molle(Blume) G. Don extract. It can be concluded that Rhododendron molle(Blume) G. Don extract may cause the outflow of conductive ions and nucleic acids in cells by damaging cell membrane permeability and the integrity of cells, thus inhibited Staphylococcus aureus growing.
