Au NPs修饰TiO2纳米片阵列的制备及光电化学性能研究

【摘要】 TiO2吸光性能差和光电转化效率低,通过Au NPs修饰TiO2纳米片来提高其吸光性能以及光电转化效率。修饰后的纳米复合物(Au-TiO2-Ti)在可见光范围内的光吸收和光电流密度都明显增加,在200 mW/cm2,0.5 V vs. Ag/AgCl的条件下,光电流密度可达到0.38 mA/cm2,经过8 h光照后光电流保持稳定,表明材料具有优异的稳定性。因此,合成的Au-TiO2-Ti电极在光电化学转化中有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The application of TiO2 has been limited by the poor light absorption performance and low photoelectrochemical conversion efficiency. Thus, the Au NPs were uniformly deposited on the surface of the TiO2 nanosheets. The light absorption performance and photochemical conversion efficiency of the sample modified by Au NPs were significantly improved. In detail, the light absorption of the modified Au-TiO2-Ti composite was broadened in the visible light range, and the photocurrent density was achieved 0.4 mA/cm2 at 0.5 V vs. Ag/AgCl under 200 mW/cm2 light intensity. Moreover, the photocurrent did not decrease significantly under 8 h illumination, indicating that the material had good stability. Thus, the synthesized Au-TiO2-Ti electrode has a good application prospect in photoelectrochemical.
