尼泊金甲酯的绿色合成探索
Research on the Green Synthesis of Methyl p-Hydroxy Benzoate
【摘要】 尼泊金甲酯的合成是化学化工专业大四本科生的探索性实验。基于探索绿色合成方法及工艺的目的,以对羟基苯甲酸与甲醇为原料,以咪唑离子液体为溶剂及催化剂制备尼泊金甲酯,以正交实验确定了最佳反应条件。该工艺简单、反应条件温和、产率高、无废酸、成本低,是一种绿色、高效、环保的绿色化学合成方法,是一条适合本科生实验教学的制备尼泊金甲酯的绿色合成路线。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of methyl p-hydroxy benzoate is the comprehensive and designed experiment of senior undergraduates majoring in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. In order to explore the green synthesis method and technology, methyl p-hydroxy benzoate was synthesized by p-hydroxybenzoic acid and methanol, using 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([bmim]BF4) ionic liquid as the solvent and catalyst, and the reaction was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The method has advantages such as simple procedure, mild condition, high yield, no waste acid and low cost, and it is a green, efficient, environmentally friendly method. This green synthesis route is befit to the undergraduate experiment.
