【Abstract】 Xinyang Normal University,as a local normal university in small and medium-sized city,devoted to training outstanding teachers and high-quality specialists with critical thinking,innovative spirit as well as native land emotion,aims to serve the national and local economic and social development,strengthen moral education and cultivate people,ensure everyone can be talent with open innovation and vigorous responsibility, continuously promote the characteristics of talents training,and enhance the educational advantages of normal college.
