一种二脲化合物的合成及其阴离子识别性质
Synthesis and Anion Recognition Property of a Diurea Compound
【摘要】 以对硝基苯异氰酸酯和邻氨基苯甲酰肼反应,设计合成了一种二脲化合物L,并采用核磁共振氢谱及红外对其结构进行了表征。通过紫外-可见吸收光谱考察了化合物L与系列阴离子之间的识别性质,实验结果表明,化合物L对HP2O73-有明显的选择性识别作用。进一步通过紫外-可见光谱确定了化合物L与HP2O73-的配位比为1∶1,并经非线性拟合得到反应平衡常数为K=5. 33×104L·mol-1。
【Abstract】 A diurea compound( L) was synthesized from the reaction of 4-nitrophenyl isocyanate and 2-aminobenzoylhydrazide,and the structure was characterized by 1H NMR and IR. The results showed that compound L displayed a selective recognition ability for HP2O73--with a series of anions by using UV-Vis absorption spectra technique.Furthermore,the coordination reaction of compound L with HP2O73--was investigated via UV-Vis spectra,which demonstrated that the stoichiometric ratio was 1∶1 and the association constant( K = 5. 33×104 L·mol-1) was obtained by nonlinear curve fitting.
