【摘要】 《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》提出要求推动教育合作发展,建设人才高地。本研究以粤港澳大湾区不同地区1855位企业员工作为调查对象,了解企业人力资源的情况和企业员工继续教育的现状,分析粤港澳大湾区企业员工继续教育过程中存在的问题,为下一步推进大湾区继续教育提供参考。研究发现粤港澳大湾区各地企业对高层次人才存在较高需求,并且现有的人才供给不足,与企业对高层次人才需求的现状相矛盾,在企业(机构)进行人才培训的过程中,企业愿意选择成人学历教育或通过与高校合作的方式进行人才培养。因此,未来继续教育可以通过内地与港澳合作办学的方式,支持各类职业教育实训基地交流合作,通过招生就业、培养培训、师生交流、技能竞赛等多种途径,推进粤港澳地区的人才建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area appeals for promoting educational cooperation and constructing talent pools. This study sampled 1855 employees from different regions of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and analyzed the status quo of corporate human resources and employees’ continuous education. Findings revealed that while enterprises were in great need for higher quality staff, they were too willing to collaborate with adult academic institutions to meet the challenges in fulfilling their requirements. The study suggests that channels shall be explored to promote trans-regional cooperation in terms of enrollment and employment, training, teacher-student exchanges, and skills competitions.更多还原
