【Abstract】 The construction of teaching team is one of the critical links of quality talented person cultivation, forming complementary multi-teacher cooperation and mutual assistance organization. It also provides a comprehensive evaluation and assessment environment for the evaluation of teaching quality. This paper takes the construction of software engineering teaching team of Yangzhou University as an example to illustrate systematically the measures, features, results and the future plans of the teaching team construction.
