地源热泵可持续设计方法
A Sustainable Design Approach of Groud Resource Heat Pump
【摘要】 本文将模拟仿真技术与地源热泵传统设计标准GB 50366-2009 《地源热泵系统工程技术规范》结合,提出地源热泵可持续设计方法。运用ANSYS Workbench仿真软件对地源热泵进行建模及结构参数模拟,获取推荐设计参数范围,并以贵阳市某别墅小区地源热泵设计为例:推荐钻孔间距为4~6 m,钻孔孔径为0.13~0.19 m,回填料导热系数范围为2~3 W·m-1·K-1,而管径选取需根据不同工况综合考虑。
【Abstract】 A sustainable design approach of ground resource heat pump( GRHP) was developed by combined the simulation technology with the traditional design method based on GB50366-2009 "Ground source heat pump system engineering technical specifications". A model of ground source heat pump was established by using ANSYS workbench. The structural parameters were simulated to obtain the range of the recommended design parameters. Based on the data of a villa of Guiyang district,the parameters of ground source heat pump were illustrated:the range of drilling distance is 4 ~ 6 m,the range of diameter of drilling hole is 0.13 ~ 0.19 m,the range of the thermal conductivity is 2 ~ 3 W · m-1·K-1,and the diameter selection of buried pipe should base on the actual situation.
