【Abstract】 The basic concepts of intensive pulse light(IPL) are introduced in this paper, including its generation method, microbial inactivation mechanism, and unique advantages in applications. The research progress in worldwide is reviewed, which clarified the significant effects of IPL on sterilization. Besides, the major factors which influences sterilization efficacy are analyzed, in order to provide a reference for better application of IPL devices.更多还原
