哮喘慢性持续期患儿的注意力和计划执行能力
Attention,planning and implementation abilities in children with chronic persistent asthma
【摘要】 目的分析哮喘慢性持续期患儿的注意力和计划执行能力。方法将35例哮喘慢性持续期患儿,根据哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分分为基本控制组14例和未控制组21例。应用Das-Naglieri认知评估系统(D-N:CAS)检测患儿的注意力和计划执行能力,并应用Pearson检验分析D-N:CAS评分与ACT评分的相关性。结果根据D-N:CAS总得分判断,35例哮喘慢性持续期患儿的注意力和计划执行能力较弱或处于中等水平。基本控制组的计划力量表、同时性加工量表、注意力量表、继时性加工量表得分及D-N:CAS总得分均高于未控制组(均P<0.05)。哮喘慢性持续期患儿的D-N:CAS总得分、计划力量表、同时性加工量表、注意力量表、继时性加工量表得分均与ACT评分呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论哮喘慢性持续期患儿的注意力和计划执行能力受损,哮喘未得到控制的患儿尤为明显。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the attention ability and planning/implementation ability of children with chronic persistent asthma. Methods Thirty-five children with chronic persistent asthma were included and divided into basically controlled group(n=14) and uncontrolled group(n=21) according to the asthma control test(ACT) score. The attention ability and planning/implementation ability of the children were assessed by using the Das-Naglieri Cognitive Assessment System(D-N:CAS), and then the correlation of D-N:CAS score with ACT score was analyzed by using Pearson test. Results According to the judgment on the total score of D-N:CAS, the attention ability and planning/implementation ability of the 35 children with chronic persistent asthma were relatively weak or at a moderate level. By comparison with the uncontrolled group, the basically controlled group obtained higher scores of planning scale, simultaneous processing scale, attention scale and successive processing scale, as well as higher total score of D-N:CAS(all P<0.05). In children with chronic persistent asthma, the total score of D-N:CAS, planning scale score, simultaneous processing scale score, attention scale score or successive processing scale score positively correlated with ACT score(all P<0.05). Conclusion Children with chronic persistent asthma present impaired attention and planning/implementation abilities, especially children with uncontrolled asthma.
