乳腺癌组织剪切波弹性成像弹性模量值及其与病理特征、增殖和侵袭基因蛋白表达的相关性
Shear wave elastography elasticity modulus value and its correlation with pathological features, proliferation and invasion genes proteins expression in breast cancer tissues
【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌组织的剪切波弹性成像(SWE)弹性模量值及其与病理特征,以及增殖、侵袭基因蛋白表达的相关性。方法选择乳腺癌42例患者和乳腺良性肿瘤30例患者,术前均进行SWE检查,测定弹性模量值。术后收集乳腺癌组织和乳腺良性肿瘤组织,并测定增殖侵袭基因蛋白表达水平。结果乳腺癌的弹性模量值高于乳腺良性肿瘤(P<0.05)。肿瘤直径T3、临床分期Ⅲ期、伴淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者弹性模量值分别高于T1~2、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、不伴淋巴结转移者(均P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中细胞周期蛋白D1、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-9蛋白表达量高于乳腺良性肿瘤组织,且与弹性模量值呈正相关(均P<0.05);p21的表达量低于乳腺良性肿瘤组织,且与弹性模量值呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌SWE参数弹性模量值较良性肿瘤增加,且与肿瘤病理特征改变、增殖和侵袭基因蛋白表达异常有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore shear wave elastography(SWE) elasticity modulus value and its correlation with pathological features, proliferation and invasion genes proteins expression in breast cancer tissues. Methods Forty-two patients with breast cancer and 30 patients with benign breast tumors were selected, all received SWE examination and elasticity modulus value measurement before operation. Breast cancer tissues and benign breast cancer tissues were collected after operation, and the protein expression levels of proliferation and invasion genes were determined. Results Breast cancer had higher elastic modulus value than benign breast tumor(P<0.05). Breast cancer patients with tumor diameter T3, with clinical stage Ⅲ, or accompanied by lymph node metastasis were higher than those with tumor diameter T1-2, with clinical stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ, or without lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05). The expression of CyclinD1, matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-2 and MMP-9 was higher in breast cancer tissues than in benign breast tumor tissues, and positively correlated with elastic modulus value(all P<0.05); the expression of p21 was lower in breast cancer tissues than in benign breast tumor tissues, and negatively correlated with elastic modulus value(all P<0.05). Conclusion SWE parameter of elastic modulus value is increased in breast cancer than in benign tumor, which is related to changes in pathological features of cancer and abnormal expression of proliferation and invasion genes proteins.
