磁性MnFe2O4@Al2O3对废水中铜的吸附行为研究
Adsorption performance of Cu from wastewater using magnetic MnFe2O4@Al2O3
【摘要】 制备核壳磁性吸附剂MnFe2O4@Al2O3用于含铜废水的吸附实验研究。结果表明,MnFe2O4@Al2O3可有效去除水中的铜离子,在MnFe2O4@Al2O3投加质量浓度2.0 g/L、Cu2+质量浓度20 mg/L、pH为6.0、吸附时间180 min的条件下,Cu2+去除率达97%。MnFe2O4@Al2O3对Cu2+的吸附过程符合伪二级动力学方程,为多层化学吸附。VSM分析表明MnFe2O4@Al2O3具备超顺磁性的优势。
【Abstract】 The core/shell nano-particle adsorbent of MnFe2O4@Al2O3 was prepared and introduced in wastewater containing copper ions adsorption experiment. The experimental results showed that the core/shell nano-particle adsorbent of MnFe2O4@Al2O3 could effectively remove copper ions from wastewater. Under the conditions of 20 mg/L Cu2+concentration,pH 6.0,2.0 g/L adsorbent dosage,and 180 min adsorption time,the removal rate of Cu2+was up to 97%.The dynamic process of Cu2+adsorption followed the pseudo-secondary order model, which was multi-layer chemical adsorption. VSM analysis showed that the MnFe2O4@Al2O3 had the advantage of superparamagnetism.
