【摘要】 自党的十九大报告提出"新时代"这一新的历史发展方位,我国各领域与国际接轨,并取得了丰硕的成果,正一步步迈入新台阶,向世界发出中国的声音。医学本是建立在临床实践基础上的科学,培养具有过硬的临床技术、良好职业精神的应用型医学人才,是新时代医学教育发展改革中的重要一环,亦是我国高等医学教育模式转变的新契机。本文将从应用型医学人才培养模式与定位、医教研改革与实践平台、人文教育体系与考评制度等多角度展开论述,同时以新时代背景下高等医学教育现状与社会发展需求为着眼点,对于应用型人才培养的相关议题予以阐述和讨论,以期为新时代我国高等医学教育改革与建设、人才培养等方面提供新的视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the new historical development orientation of "New Era", China has been in line with international standards in various fields and achieved fruitful results. We are entering into a new stage step by step and making China’s voice heard by the world. Medicine is a science based on clinical practice. Cultivating applied medical talents with excellent clinical skills and good professional spirit is an important link in the development and reform of medical education in the new era and a new opportunity for the transformation of higher medical education mode in China. This paper will expound on multiple aspects such as the cultivating mode and orientation of applied medical talents, medical teaching and research reform and practice platform, humanities education system and examination and evaluation system, etc. Meanwhile, with the status quo of higher medical education and the needs of social development against the background of the new era being the vantage point, the related issues of the cultivation of applied medical talents were explained and explored, in order to provide new perspectives for the reform and construction, talents cultivation, etc. in higher medical education of China in the new era.更多还原
