【摘要】 目的分析multiloc多维锁定肱骨髓内钉在肱骨近端骨折的应用效果。方法选取64例我院2018年1月~2019年9月收治的肱骨近端骨折患者,随机分为研究组(n=32)与对照组(n=32),分别采取multiloc多维锁定肱骨髓内钉和切开复位PHILOS钢板内固定治疗,比较两组患者手术指标、肩关节功能改善情况、肩关节活动度以及术后并发症发生率。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度均优于对照组(P <0.05);术后3个月、6个月的Constant评分高于对照组(P <0.05);Δ颈干角低于对照组(P <0.05);两组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、肩关节活动度、并发症发生率比较无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论 multiloc多维锁定肱骨髓内钉治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效确切,建议推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of multiloc multi-dimensional locking humeral intramedullary nail in proximal humerus fracture. Methods A total of 64 patients with proximal humeral fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into study group(n=32) and control group(n=32). The study group was treated with multiloc multi-dimensional locking intramedullary nail, while the control group was treated with open reduction and PHILOS plate internal fixation. The surgical indicators, improvement of shoulder joint function, range of motion of the shoulder joint, and incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and incision length of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The constant score of the study group at 3 months and 6 months after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the Δ neck stem angle was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in fracture healing time, hospitalization time, shoulder joint range of motion and incidence of complications between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion multiloc multi-dimensional locking intramedullary nail is effective in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.It is recommended to be popularized and applied.
