【摘要】 目的探讨延续性护理在靶向药物治疗乳腺癌患者毒副作用护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1月～2019年12月收治的70例采用靶向药物治疗的乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上施以延续性护理,比较两组患者毒副作用发生情况及护理效果。结果观察组患者健康知识掌握程度、康复行为以及功能康复情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组过敏反应发生率、心脏毒性、血液毒性、胃肠道反应、骨痛、皮肤毒性等毒副作用发生率低于对照组,毒副作用总发生率远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加的关注五个方面生活质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论延续性护理能够减少靶向药物治疗乳腺癌患者毒副作用发生率,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in the toxic and side effect nursing of patients with breast cancer treated with targeted drugs. Methods A total of 70 patients receiving targeted drug therapy for breast cancer in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group(n=35) and the control group(n=35) according to different nursing methods. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with continuous nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect and the toxic and side effects of patients was compared between the two groups. Results The degree of health knowledge, rehabilitation behavior and functional recovery of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of allergic reactions, cardiac toxicity, hemotoxicity, gastrointestinal reactions, bone pain, skin toxicity and other toxic and side effects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the total incidence of toxic and side effects was much lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The life quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group in terms of physiological status, social/family status, emotional status, functional status and additional attention(P < 0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing can reduce the incidence of toxic and side effects of targeted drugs in the treatment of breast cancer patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
