【摘要】 国家标准委员会已确立输血医学为二级学科,公立医院的改革进入"攻坚阶段"。为积极培养输血医学人才,促进输血医学学科建设,提高输血服务质量,配合医疗卫生改革,做到区域内医疗资源基层首诊、双向转诊、急慢分治、上下联动的分级诊疗模式,重庆医科大学附属第一医院牵头成立了重庆市输血医学专科联盟。联盟探索通过学术活动、技术合作、资源共享等方式,培养输血人才,实现优质医疗资源"下沉",提升联盟单位输血科在医疗、教学、科研、临床用血管理以及输血治疗、输血新技术等各方面整体水平,保证临床用血安全、及时、有效,更好的实施分级诊疗。本研究就输血医学专科联盟的建设与实践进行探讨,旨在为医学类专科联盟的建设提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Standardization Administration has established transfusion medicine as a secondary discipline, and the reform of public hospitals has entered a "crucial stage". In order to actively cultivate the talents in transfusion medicine, promote the construction of the discipline of transfusion medicine, improve the quality of blood transfusion service, cooperate with medical and health reform, and achieve a graded diagnosis and treatment mode of primary diagnosis at the grassroots level, two-way referral, rapid and slow division of treatment, and up and down linkage of medical resources in the region, the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University led the establishment of the Chongqing Specialized Association of Blood Transfusion Medicine. The association is exploring ways to cultivate the talents in transfusion medicine through academic activities, technical cooperation and resource sharing, etc., so as to realize the "sinking" of high-quality medical resources, improve the overall level of the department of blood transfusion of the association units at various aspects such as medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, clinical blood use management, blood transfusion treatment, new blood transfusion technologies, etc., ensure safe, timely and effective clinical blood use, and implement graded diagnosis and treatment better.
