布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者C-反应蛋白的影响及疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者C-反应蛋白的影响及疗效。方法选取2016年7月~2019年6月我院收治的110例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,其中对照组患者给予常规治疗结合地塞米松雾化吸入治疗,研究组则在常规治疗基础上采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后C-反应蛋白水平以及临床疗效情况。结果研究组患者的总有效率为96.37%,明显高于对照组(81.83%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者的C-反应蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后,两组患者的C-反应蛋白水平均有明显的下降,且研究组患者下降程度较对照组显著(P <0.05);治疗前两组肺功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者各肺功能指标均升高,且研究组患者肺功能各指标的升高程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果较地塞米松雾化吸入治疗效果更显著,能显著降低患者C-反应蛋白水平,改善患者肺功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of budesonide inhalation aerosol on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and its effect on the level of C-reactive protein(CRP). Methods A total of 110 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into the study group and the control group by using the random number table method. The control group was given dexamethasone inhalation aerosol treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment, and the study group was given budesonide inhalation aerosol based on conventional treatment. The levels of CRP and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.37%, which was significantly higher than 81.83% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the change of CRP levels between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05);after treatment, the levels of CRP in the two groups decreased significantly, and the degree of decline in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the lung function indicators between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05); after treatment, the lung function indicators of the two groups of patients increased, and the increase of the study group was more significant than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Budesonide inhalation aerosol is more effective in treating COPD than dexamethasone inhalation aerosol, which can significantly reduce the level of CRP and improve lung function of patients.
