扶正抑瘤方联合皮下植入式化疗泵导向给药治疗结直肠癌的效果分析

【摘要】 目的分析扶正抑瘤方联合皮下植入式化疗泵导向给药治疗结直肠癌的治疗效果。方法选取2017年6月~2019年6月我院结直肠癌患者86例,随机分为皮下植入式化疗泵导向给药的对照组(43例)与皮下植入式化疗泵导向给药联合扶正抑瘤方治疗的观察组(43例),观察患者肿瘤标志物、免疫功能及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组AFP、CEA水平改善情况好,免疫功能各指标水平高,不良反应发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在结直肠癌患者治疗中,给予患者皮下植入式化疗泵导向给药联合扶正抑瘤方治疗,能有效改善患者肿瘤标志物水平及免疫功能,减少不良反应的发生,效果较好,值得借鉴。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Yiliu decoction combined with subcutaneous implantable chemotherapy pump guided drug administration for colorectal cancer. Methods 86 patients with colorectal cancer accepted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=43) treated by subcutaneous implantable chemotherapy pump guided drug administration and the observation group(n=43) treated by subcutaneous implantable chemotherapy pump guided drug administration combined with Fuzheng Yiliu decoction.Tumor markers,immune function and incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs) of the patients were observed. Results Compared with those of the control group,the levels of AFP and CEA in the observation group improved well, the levels of various indexes of the immune function were high,and the incidence of adverse reactions was low, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer,subcutaneous implantable chemotherapy pump guided drug administration combined with Fuzheng Yiliu decoction can effectively improve the tumor marker level and immune function of patients,and reduce the occurrence of ADRs.With good efficacy,it is worthy of reference.
