【摘要】 目的探讨精细化心理护理对OHSS高危患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2018年8月～2019年8月就诊的200例OHSS高危患者。2018年8月～2019年1月的患者行常规护理为常规护理组;2019年2～8月的患者给予精细化心理护理为精细化心理护理组,各100例。对两组间中重度OHSS发生率、护理满意例数、心理状态进行比较。结果精细化心理护理组的中重度OHSS发生率低于常规护理组,且护理满意例数大于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);经精细化心理护理患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论精细化心理护理减轻OHSS高危患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,减少患者中重度OHSS发生率并提高患者的康复进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of meticulous psychological nursing in high-risk patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS). Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 200 high-risk patients with OHSS admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019.Patients who received routine nursing from August 2018 to January 2019 were treated as the routine nursing group(n=100),while patients who received meticulous psychological nursing from February to August 2019 were treated as the meticulous psychological nursing group(n=100).The incidence of moderate and severe OHSS,the number of nursing satisfaction and the psychological state were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of moderate and severe OHSS in the meticulous psychological nursing group was lower than that in the routine nursing group,and the number of nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P < 0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of patients undergoing meticulous psychological nursing were lower than those of the routine nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Meticulous psychological nursing reduces depression and anxiety of high-risk patients with OHSS,decreases the incidence of moderate and severe OHSS and improves the rehabilitation process of patients.更多还原
