【摘要】 目的探讨延续健康教育对慢性盆腔炎患者疾病认知水平及医护遵从性的影响。方法选取我院2016年8月～2018年8月收治的88例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组常规护理基础上给予延续健康教育护理干预,观察并比较两组患者干预前后的疾病认知水平、医护遵从性以及自我护理能力。结果实施延续健康教育护理干预后,观察组患者的疾病认知水平评分高于对照组患者(P <0.05);观察组患者的医护遵从性评分均显著高于对照组患者(P <0.05);观察组患者的自我护理能力评分明显高于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论延续健康教育护理干预可显著提升慢性盆腔炎患者的疾病认知水平,有效加强患者的医护遵行性,提高患者自我护理能力,为改善患者生活质量,获取优质护理结局都起着重要的作用,值得临床应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of transitional health education on the disease cognitive level and medical care compliance of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 88 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by using random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing interventions,while the observation group was given transitional health education and nursing interventions on the basis of the control group.The levels of disease awareness,medical care compliance and self-care ability before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of transitional health education and nursing intervention,the scores of disease awareness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);the medical care compliance scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05);and the scores of self-care ability were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Transitional health education and nursing intervention can significantly improve the disease awareness of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,effectively strengthen patients’ medical care compliance,improve their self-care ability.It plays an important role in improving patients’ quality of life and obtaining high-quality care outcomes,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
