【摘要】 目的探讨椎体成形日间手术的可行性及优势。方法选取2017年1月～2019年2月在我院就诊的椎体压缩性骨折患者,采用随机数字表法分组,给予每组患者不同治疗方式;实验组采用日间手术方案,对照组常规住院治疗,统计两组患者的术后效果、术后并发症、住院时间及住院费用、再入院率、患者满意度。结果实验组的手术疗效同住院患者差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),住院时间及费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者满意度无差异(P> 0.05),两组患者均未发生手术相关严重的并发症,术后2个月再入院跟对照组无差异。结论日间手术的患者疗效同传统住院患者相同,但手术费用及住院时间明显缩短,值得在各大医院开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore feasibility and advantages of vertebral plasty day surgery. Methods Patients with vertebral compression fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.Patients in two groups were given different treatment methods.The experimental group adopted the daytime operation scheme while the control group was given routine hospitalization.The postoperative curative effects,postoperative complications,hospital stay,hospitalization costs,readmission rate and satisfaction of patients of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in curative effects between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).Hospitalization stay and cost were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).There was no difference in satisfaction between the two groups(P > 0.05).No serious complications related to surgery occurred in both groups.There was no difference between the hospital admission at 2 months after surgery and the control group. Conclusion The curative effect of day surgery is the same as that of traditional inpatients,but the cost and hospital stay are significantly reduced.It is worth carrying out in major hospitals.更多还原
