新型加压冰敷带联合相变蓄冷剂在人工髋关节置换术后护理的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨新型加压冰敷带与相变蓄冷剂联合应用对人工髋关节置换术后患者的护理效果。方法选择2017年1月~2018年12月于我科行人工髋关节置换术患者120例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组60例。对照组术后采用传统清水冰块冰敷处理,实验组采用新型加压冰敷带结合相变蓄冷剂冰敷处理。比较两组患者髋关节置换术后周围皮温、局部肿胀(大腿根部周径)及疼痛评分(VAS评分)。结果实验组患者术后24、48h的局部皮温、大腿根部周径差值及VAS评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论新型加压冰敷带联合相变蓄冷剂的应用,可有效降低皮温,快速消肿,改善术后疼痛,应在临床中积极推广并使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore nursing effects of new pressurized ice sac belt combined with phase-change cold storage agent on patients undergoing artificial hip joint replacement. Methods 120 patients who underwent artificial hip joint replacement in our department from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional clear water ice compress after surgery while the experimental group given ice compress by new pressurized ice sac belt combined with phase-change cold storage agent. Peripheral skin temperature,local swelling(thigh root circumference)and pain score(VAS score)after hip joint replacement were compared between the two groups. Results The local skin temperature at 24 h and 48 h after operation,difference in thigh root circumference and VAS scores of the experimental group were sig nificantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of new pressurized ice sac belt combined with phase-change cold storage agent can effectively reduce skin temperature,quickly reduce swelling and improve postoperative pain,which should be actively promoted and applied in clinical practice.
