【摘要】 目的对比在治疗较大乳腺良性肿瘤中超声引导下麦默通旋切术与传统开放切除术的近期疗效。方法依据手术方法的不同将于本院2017年4月～2018年9月接受治疗的较大乳腺良性肿瘤(直径≥3.0cm)患者74例,分为实施传统开放切除术治疗的37例对比组和实施超声引导下麦默通旋切术治疗的37例研究组,比较两组患者术后的近期临床疗效。结果研究组患者术中出血量(8.73±0.54)mL、手术时间(30.38±3.28)min、切口长度(5.87±2.86)cm均较对比组对应值优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组病灶完整切除率为97.30%较对比组81.08%高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组并发症发生率为21.63%较对比组45.95%低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论与传统开放切除术相比,在治疗较大乳腺良性肿瘤中实施超声引导下麦默通旋切术的临床疗效较为显著,围术期相关指标较传统开放手术优且术后并发症情况较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare short-term curative effects of ultrasound-guided Mammotome biopsy and traditional open resection in treatment of relatively large benign breast tumors. Methods According to different surgical methods,74 patients with relatively large benign breast tumors(Diameter ≥ 3.0 cm) who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to September 2018 were divided into the control group and the study group.37 patients in the control group were treated with traditional open resection while 37 patients in the study group were treated with ultrasound-guided Mammotome biopsy.The short-term clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss(8.73±0.54)mL,operation time(30.38±3.28)min and incision length(5.87±2.86)cm in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The complete resection rate of the study group was 97.30%,higher than that of the control group(81.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 21.63%,lower than that of the control group(45.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional open resection,ultrasound-guided Mammotome biopsy in treatment of relatively large benign breast tumors has more significant clinical curative effects.In addition,it has better perioperative related indexes and fewer postoperative complications.更多还原
