【摘要】 目的观察急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者采取无创正压通气治疗效果及其对呼吸功能的影响。方法随机对2017年2月～2019年6月本院接收的50例急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者进行分组,对照组(n=25)实施气管插管有创机械通气治疗方案,研究组(n=25)开展无创正压通气治疗方案,统计各组临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率及治疗前后动脉血气及呼吸频率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%,与对照组的92.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗前,两组动脉血气及呼吸频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,研究组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);在不良反应发生率方面,研究组与对照组分别为4.00%和24.00%,研究组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急性呼吸窘迫综合征治疗期间,应用无创正压通气,不仅可以改善呼吸困难等临床病症及动脉血气,同时具有较高的安全性,值得推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on respiratory function in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS). Methods 50 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome treated in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=25) was treated with tracheal intubation and invasive mechanical ventilation.The study group(n=25) was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was not statistically different from the control group(92.00%)(P > 0.05);Before treatment,the arterial blood gas and respiratory frequency of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);After treatment,the study group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(24.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of ARDS,noninvasive positive pressure ventilation can not only improve the clinical symptoms such as dyspnea and arterial blood gas,but also has good safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
