【摘要】 目的分析成分输血的自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者的综合护理效果。方法选取2017年2月～2019年2月我院收治的120例自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者纳入本研究,遵循随机原则进行分组:对照组与观察组各60例,治疗方法为三洗红细胞输血。在此基础上,观察组采用综合护理;对照组采用常规护理,比较临床效果。结果 (1)观察组中,有效28例、部分有效14例、临床有效11例,无效7例,总有效率88.33%。对照组治疗有效率为71.67%,其中有效、部分有效和临床有效分别有16、15、12例,无效17例。组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)血红蛋白与红细胞值:观察组高于对照组。血清胆红素与网织红细胞值:观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者接受成分输血治疗的过程中贯穿综合护理,能够显著改善患者的临床指标,巩固疗效,具备推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing effect of component blood transfusion in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Methods 120 patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as subjects of this study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomization,60 cases in each group.The basic treatment method was three-wash red blood cell transfusion.On this basis,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing,while the control group was given conventional nursing.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results(1)In the observation group,28 cases were effective,14 cases were partially effective,11 cases were clinically effective,and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 88.33%.The effective rate of the control group was 71.67%,of which 16 cases,15 cases,12 cases were effective,partially effective and clinically effective respectively,and 17 cases were ineffective.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)The hemoglobin and red blood cell values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The serum bilirubin and reticulocyte values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Continuous comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the clinical indicators and consolidate the efficacy of patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia in the course of receiving component blood transfusion therapy,which has the promotion value.更多还原
