基于光电传感器和智能相机的带边破损智能检测
Intelligent Detection of Band Edge Damage Based on Photoelectric Sensor and Intelligent Camera
【摘要】 提出了基于光电技术和智能相机的带边破损检测方法。利用光电传感器对输送带进行非接触、无损伤检测。当检测到存在破损时,光电传感器向单片机输出高电平信号。为解决检测过程中,持续视频监控所产生的数据冗余、设备损耗等问题,提出通过单片机与继电器结合来控制智能相机实时捕获存在破损的异常点图像。对存在异常点的图像进行预处理,并对Canny算法进行改进,提高检测效率。实验表明,提出的方法是有效的。
【Abstract】 Based on photoelectric technology and intelligent camera,a method of detecting band edge damage is proposed in this paper.The photoelectric sensor is used for non-contact and non-damage detection of conveyor belt.When the damage is detected,the photoelectric sensor outputs the high-level signal to the single chip microcomputer.In order to solve the problems of data redundancy and equipment loss caused by continuous video monitoring in the process of detection,it is proposed to control the intelligent camera to capture the damaged abnormal point image in real time through the combination of MCU and relay.The image with abnormal points is preprocessed,and Canny algorithm is used to segment the image to detect the damage and improve the detection efficiency.
