激光熔覆镍基合金单道单层温度场与应力场模拟
Simulation of Temperature and Stress Field of Laser Cladding Ni-based Alloy Single Pass and Single Layer
【摘要】 为了研究同步送粉式单道单层镍基激光熔覆过程中的温度场和应力场的分布特点这一目的,采用了有限元软件数值数值模拟的方法,进行了理论分析和实验验证。结果表明,功率2000W、熔覆速率5mm/s、光斑直径5mm的前提下,熔池温度最高可达约3200℃,应力最大值约为1.23GPa,应力最大处位于熔覆层下方0.5mm处,应力最大处区域面积较小,约为30mm2。
【Abstract】 In order to study the distribution characteristics of temperature field and stress field during laser cladding of single-channel single-layer nickel base with synchronous powder feeding,the numerical simulation method of finite element software is used to carry out theoretical analysis and experimental verification.The results show that,under the premise of power 2000 W,cladding rate 5 mm/s and spot diameter 5 mm,the maximum temperature of molten pool can reach about 3200℃,the maximum stress is about 1.23 GPa,the maximum stress is 0.5 mm below the cladding layer,and the maximum stress area is small,about 30 mm2.
