并行缝制流水线人力编排优化

【摘要】 为了提高缝制车间的生产效率和整体生产平衡率,对现有的并行缝制流水线进行分析,根据工人能力的差异,建立了并行缝制流水线人力编排优化模型。在人机相容条件和最大生产节拍条件的约束下,以并行缝制流水线的平衡率为优化目标,对缝制车间的工人进行编排,将具体的工人分配到合适的工位上,从而实现缝制车间人力平衡的最优化。采用改进的遗传算法对所建模型进行求解,在染色体的初始化、交叉和变异的过程中,无需考虑染色体基因的可行性,而是在解码的过程中,将染色体唯一解码成一个可行解,从而提高遗传算法的求解效率。经过优化,某缝制车间的生产平衡率提升了8.99个百分点,验证了模型和算法的可行性和有效性。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the production efficiency and the overall production balance rate of the sewing workshop,the existing parallel sewing lines are analyzed in this paper.According to the disparity of workers’ ability in sewing lines,an optimization model of parallel sewing lines based on the assignment of workers is established.Under the constraints of manmachine compatibility and maximum tact time,the balance rate of parallel sewing lines is taken as the optimization objective to assign workers.By assigning specific workers to the appropriate positions,the labor balance of the sewing workshop can be maximized.An improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.In order to improve the efficiency of genetic algorithm,the chromosomes after initialization,crossover and mutation are decoded into a feasible solution instead of verifying its feasibility.After optimizing the distribution of workers in a sewing workshop,the production balance rate of the sewing workshop is increased by 8.99%,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
