基于自适应偏心模型的柱塞副水膜特性数值分析
Numerical Analysis of Piston Water Film Characteristics in Self-adapted Eccentric State
【摘要】 柱塞副间隙形状对柱塞副的润滑特性影响很大,为提高径向柱塞泵柱塞副工作效率和可靠性,需要准确仿真柱塞副的水膜形状和压力分布。首先,建立了基于等效液阻高度和柱塞自适应偏心的柱塞副间隙泄露模型。模型考虑了柱塞在缸体内的微运动和柱塞受力平衡的因素,运用遗传算法和有限体积法对柱塞副间隙形状和压力分布进行数值仿真分析,进而讨论柱塞副间隙泄露流量。最后,从出口压力、电机转速以及初始密封间隙等方面对压力分布特性和泄露流量进行分析,深入探讨了柱塞副水膜压力分布和泄露流量的影响因素及变化规律。试验结果表明,考虑柱塞自适应偏心的模型对柱塞泄露流量的模拟准确,获取的实时柱塞偏心状态和压力分布与实际状态更为接近。
【Abstract】 Firstly,the leakage model of the piston pair is established based on the equivalent liquid resistance and the adaptive eccentricity.The model considered the piston micro motion in the cylinder and force balance.The numerical simulation of piston clearance shape and pressure distribution is carried out by using the genetic algorithm and the finite volume method,and then the clearance leakage flow is discussed in this paper.The example analysis shows that the model is accurate,the iterative algorithm has good numerical stability,in the given precision,can converge quickly to the global optimal solution of the model,and obtain accurate real-time piston eccentricity state and pressure distribution.Finally,the effect of pressure distribution is analyzed from the aspects of export pressure,motor speed and initial seal clearance,then the influence factors and changes of piston water film pressure distribution and leakage flow are discussed in this paper.
