大流量底吹转炉的水模拟研究

【摘要】 以相似原理为基础,利用水力学模型模拟不同吹炼条件下熔池的混匀时间,研究底吹位置、顶吹枪位、底吹流量和顶吹流量对熔池搅拌效果的影响。实验结果表明,底吹位置、顶吹枪位、底吹流量和顶吹流量对熔池混匀时间的影响程度依次减弱。实验条件下最佳的工艺参数为两个底吹孔在半径为0.4R的圆周上对称布置,顶吹枪位400 mm,底吹流量15.7 m3/h (标准),顶吹流量164 m3/h(标准)。

【Abstract】 Based on the similarity principle,a hydraulic model was used to simulate the mixing time of the molten pool under different blowing conditions,and the effects of the bottom blowing position,the oxygen lance position,the bottom blowing flow rate and the top blowing flow on the stirring effect of the molten pool were studied. The experimental results show that the effects of the bottom blowing position,oxygen lance position,bottom blowing flow rate and top blowing flow rate on the mixing time of the molten pool are gradually weakened. The best process parameters under the experimental conditions are two bottom blow holes symmetrically arranged on a circle with a radius of 0. 4 R,a gun position of 400 mm,a bottom blow flow rate of 15. 7 Nm3/h,and a top blow flow rate of 164 Nm3/h.
