3500HP型钻井泵组装式陶瓷缸套的结构研究

【摘要】 钻井泵被誉为钻机的"心脏",是钻机的重要组成部分,它为泥浆的循环提供动力保障。然而想要提高钻井泵的使用可靠性和工作效率就必须提高钻井泵液力端易损件的使用寿命。缸套是液力端的易损件,它的使用寿命直接影响着钻井成本。研究的组装式陶瓷缸套,有效提高了材料的利用率和缸套的使用寿命,并节省了钻井成本。利用分析软件ANSYS Workbench对组装式陶瓷缸套做了静力学分析,得出了缸套的总位移应变分布图、Mises应力和第一主应力分布图并与双金属缸套进行了对比,证明了组装式陶瓷缸套的合理性和优越性。

【Abstract】 The drilling pump is known as the"heart"of the rig is an critical part of the rig which provides power for the circulation of the mud.However,in order to improve the reliability and work efficiency of the drilling pump,it is indispensable to increase the service life of consumasle at the hydraulic end of the drilling pump. The cylinder liner is a consumable part of the hydraulic end,so its service life directly affects the drilling cost. The assembled ceramic cylinder liner designed in this paper effectively improves the utilization of materials and the service life of and saves drilling costs. In this paper,the static analysis of the assembled ceramic cylinder liner is carried out by the analysis software ANSYS Workbench,and the total displacement strain distribution diagram,the Mises stress and the principal stress of the cylinder sleve are obtained and compared with the bimetallic cylinder liner,which proves that the rationality and superiority of the structure of assembled ceramic cylinder sleeve.
