新型126 kV电机直驱高压真空断路器伺服控制系统研究
Novel Servo Control System for 126 kV Direct-driven High-voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker
【摘要】 高压断路器的稳定工作是电力系统正常运行的关键,为了优化其分合闸控制的性能,研究了一种由永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动的高压真空断路器操动机构及由DSP作为主控模块的伺服控制系统。构建了一台由126 kV真空断路器、永磁同步电机、DSP及外围控制系统组成的实验装置进行实验。针对与电机转矩惯量比相关的定子尺寸与永磁体厚度进行了优化分析,并设计了与真空断路器性能匹配的控制系统程序流程。通过采用最大转矩电流比控制策略控制电机,可以实现真空断路器按预设的参考曲线进行分合闸操作。实验结果表明,基于DSP控制的电机直驱高压真空断路器分合闸特性满足技术要求,稳定性好。
【Abstract】 To optimize switching control performance of high-voltage circuit breaker,an operating mechanism of thehigh-voltage vacuum circuit breaker driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and a servo control sys-tem with DSP as the main control module are proposed. An experimental facility composed of 126 kV vacuum circuitbreaker,permanent magnet synchronous motor,DSP,and peripheral control system is constructed for experiment.The stator size and the thickness of permanent magnet,which are related to the torque to inertia ratio of the motor,are optimized,and the program flow of the control system,which matches the performance of the vacuum circuitbreaker,is designed. By applying the maximum torque to current ratio control strategy to motor control,the openingand closing operations of the vacuum circuit breaker according to the preset reference curves of opening and closingoperations can be realized. Experimental results show that the opening and closing characteristics of DC driven high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker based on DSP control meet the technical requirements and have good stability.
