茶叶中的微量元素锰及其含量的测定
Assay of Manganese (Trace Element) in Tea and Its Content
【摘要】 茶树是锰元素含量较多的植物,了解锰对茶树生长和人体健康的影响,掌握茶叶中锰含量的测定方法对于健康饮茶、科学种茶、开发和生产出健康的茶叶饮品具有重要的意义。本研究采取原子吸收光谱法(AAS)来测定茶叶中锰元素的含量。测试结果表明,此方法具有快速简便、稳定性好的特点,测定结果能得到较理想的工作曲线,测定的精密度和准确度都较高,测定结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 Tea tree is a plant with high content of manganese.It is of great significance for healthy tea-drinking,scientific tea-planting,and the development and production of healthy tea drinks to understand the influence of manganese on the growth of tea tree and human health,and to master the assay method of manganese content in tea leaves.In this study,the content of manganese in tea was determined by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS).The test results show that this method is fast,simple and stable,and ideal working curve and satisfactory results with high precision and accuracy can be obtained.
