CDC5L蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】 目的:研究CDC5L蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达变化,分析其与临床病理的关系。方法:通过GEO公共数据库中的基因芯片数据分析CDC5L在口腔鳞癌和正常组织中的mRNA表达差异。采用免疫组织化学SP法检测CDC5L在口腔鳞癌组织及其癌旁黏膜组织中的蛋白表达情况,并分析其与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:口腔鳞癌中CDC5L mRNA和蛋白表达水平显著高于癌旁口腔黏膜组织(P<0.05),并且其在OSCC中的蛋白表达量与肿瘤分期显著相关,T1~T2期的癌组织中的表达量显著高于T3~T4期(P<0.05),与其他参数(年龄、性别、民族、血型、肿瘤大小、原发灶部位、肿瘤细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移、吸烟、饮酒)均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:CDC5L在OSCC中高表达,且蛋白表达量与肿瘤分期显著相关,提示CDC5L可能参与了OSCC的发生过程,与OSCC的关系值得进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression changes of CDC5 L protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and its relationship with clinical pathology.Methods: The difference expression of CDC5 L mRNA between oral squamous cell carcinoma and normal tissue was analyzed by gene chip data in GEO public database.The protein expression of CDC5 L in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its paracancerous mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical SP method, and the relationship between the protein expression and the clinical pathological features of the patients was analyzed.Results: The expression levels of CDC5 L mRNA and protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those in paracancerous oral mucosa(P<0.05).The expression level of CDC5 Lproteinin OSCC was significantly correlated with tumor stage, and itwas significantly higher in carcinoma tissue of stage T1~T2 than that of stage T3~T4(P<0.05). There was no significant correlation betweenCDC5 Land other parameters, such as age, gender, nationality, blood type, tumor size, primary location, tumor cell differentiation, lymph node metastasis, smoking, and drinking(P>0.05).Conclusion: CDC5 L is highly expressed in OSCC, and its protein expression is significantly correlated with tumor stage, which suggests that CDC5 L may be involved in the development of OSCC, and the relationship between CDC5 L and OSCC is worthy of further investigation.
