【Abstract】 During the epidemic time of all Chinese people against COVID-19,academic libraries must innovate new methods to execute the policy of " no classes does not mean no teaching,no classes does not mean no learning". The library of East China Normal University takes an active part in exploring new ways of services to build digital reference resources for readers,to support online teaching and to develop online learning assistance and to accompany the readers online and seeking for the chance to reopen the library for the teachers and the students.
