高校图书馆应急服务的实践与思考——以上海师范大学图书馆为例

【摘要】 突发重大公共卫生安全事件对各领域、各行业都产生了广泛影响。2019年底以来暴发的新冠疫情给高校图书馆信息保障、应急服务及管理带来考验,为有效遏制病毒传播和控制疫情蔓延,上海地区各高校图书馆纷纷关门闭馆,但相关服务并未停止,上海师范大学图书馆推出一系列线上资源保障及特色创新服务举措,以积极应对疫情。

【Abstract】 Public health and safety emergencies have a wide-ranging impact on various fields and industries. Since the end of 2019,COVID-19 has posed challenges for information security,emergency services and management of academic libraries. In order to effectively curb the spread of the virus,academic libraries in Shanghai were closed,but the related services did not stopped. Shanghai Normal University Library has launched a series of online resources and innovative services to actively cope with the impact of the epidemic.
