不同光环境对荔枝蒂蛀虫产卵的影响及田间防效调查

【摘要】 【目的】研究不同光环境对荔枝蒂蛀虫产卵的影响,为荔枝蒂蛀虫的绿色防控提供技术支撑。【方法】依据广西南宁市日出日落时间及荔枝蒂蛀虫常住地光照强度,在室内条件下研究6个光照时长及8个光照强度处理对荔枝蒂蛀虫产卵的影响;在荔枝收获前一个月开始果园夜晚亮灯,调查荔枝落地果及树上果的蛀果率变化。【结果】室内试验结果显示,全亮(24 h光照)条件下荔枝蒂蛀虫产卵前期为10.67 d,显著长于其他处理(2.00~4.67 d)(P<0.05,下同),卵期为1.33 d,显著短于其他处理(9.67~12.33 d),每雌产卵量为0.47粒/头,显著低于常规处理(136.33粒/头);在6:00—19:00光照强度500 lx、19:00—次日6:00光照强度10~900 lx时,荔枝蒂蛀虫产卵量为每雌0~0.47粒/头,显著低于常规处理(136.33粒/头)。田间试验结果表明,夜晚光照强度为70~130 lx和2~70 lx时的荔枝蒂蛀虫平均蛀果率分别为2.91%和3.65%,均显著低于常规处理(25.87%)。【结论】在荔枝收获前一个月开始果园挂灯,每日19:00—次日6:00光照强度2~70 lx的光环境可有效抑制荔枝蒂蛀虫产卵,进而极大降低荔枝蒂蛀虫蛀果率,可作为荔枝蒂蛀虫绿色防控技术大面积推广应用。

【Abstract】 【Objective】The effects of different light environments on oviposition of Conopomorpha sinensis were evaluated in order to provide technical support for the green control technology of C. sinensis.【Method】According to the sunrise and sunset times in Nanning,Guangxi and the light intensity of the favorite place of C. sinensis,the effects of six light durations and eight light intensities on oviposition were studied. The lights in the orchard began to light up at night one month before the lychee harvest,meanwhile the changes of the lychee pedicle borer rate of landing fruit and on trees were investigated.【Result】According to indoor test,under 24 h illumination,the pre-oviposition period of C. sinensis was 10.67 d,significantly longer than other treatments(2.00-4.67 d)(P<0.05,the same below),its oviposition period was 1.33 d,significantly shorter than other treatments(9.67-12.33 d),its ovulation per female was 0.47 eggs,significantly lower than conventional treatment(136.33 egg/female). The ovulation per female was 0-0.47 eggs when the light intensity was 500 lx at 6:00-19:00 and 10-900 lx at 19:00-6:00 on next day,which was significantly lower than conventional treatment(136.33 egg/female). The results of the field test showed that the average pedicle borer rate under the light intensity of 70-130 lx and 2-70 lx were 2.91% and 3.65%,respectively,which were both significantly lower than the average pedicle borer rate of the conventional treatment(25.87%).【Conclusion】The lights in the orchard begin to light up at night one month before the lychee harvest,with the environments of light intensity 2-70 lx during 19:00-6:00 on next day can effectively inhibit the oviposition of C. sinensis,thus greatly reducing the pedicle borer rate,and this technology should be widely used as a green technology in a large area.
