类矿渣粉体的制备及其碱激发性能

【摘要】 为了研究原料矿渣中钙含量的变化对材料的结构和碱激发性能的影响,论文采用溶胶-凝胶法合成不同钙硅比的类矿渣粉体,并对类矿渣粉体的结构及其碱激发产物的凝结时间、力学性能、收缩性能和结构进行分析。结果表明:类矿渣粉体的结构与矿渣相似,当水玻璃模数为1.2时,类矿渣粉体中钙硅比越高,凝结时间越短,抗压强度越高,收缩越小;碱激发类矿渣的主要反应产物为水化硅酸钙(C—S—H)。实验结果说明了在制备碱激发矿渣时,适当提高原材料中的钙硅比可以制备快硬早强、收缩低的碱激发材料。

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of the change of calcium content in raw slag on the structure and alkali-activated performance of the material, simulated-slag powder with different ratio of Ca/Si was synthesized by sol-gel method.And the structure of simulated-slag powder and the setting time, mechanical properties, shrinkage properties and structure of the alkali activated products were investigated.The results show that:(1) the structure of simulated-slag powder was similar to slag powder.When the module of water glass is 1.2, the higher ratio of Ca/Si in simulated-slag powder contains, the shorter the setting time of alkali activated products is, the higher the compressive strength gets and the smaller the shrinkage becomes;(2) The main reaction product of alkali activated simulated-slag was calcium silicate hydrated(C—S—H).The experimental results show that the alkali-activated materials with fast hardness, early strength and low shrinkage can be prepared by appropriately increasing the ratio of Ca/Si in the raw materials.
