不同接头工艺激光焊接双相不锈钢的焊缝性能

【摘要】 为了研究激光焊接接头形式对焊接接头力学性能的影响,采用激光焊接方法制备2 205双相不锈钢对接接头和搭接接头,通过拉伸试验及断口形貌分析,研究了激光焊接接头形式、材料厚度及双相不锈钢焊接接头组织对焊接接头力学性的影响。研究结果表明:等厚搭接焊接头的力学性能要优于等厚对接焊接头和不等厚对接焊接头,等厚对接接头比不等厚对接接头的抗拉强度要好。

【Abstract】 In order to study mechanical properties of laser welded joints, butt joints and the lap joints of duplex stainless steel 2 205 were made by laser welding, and tensile test and fracture morphology analysis were used to evaluate the effects of laser welded joint type, thickness of base metal and microstructure of welded joint of duplex stainless steel on the mechanical properties of laser welded joints. The results show that the mechanical properties of equal thickness lap joints are better than that of equal thickness butt joints and unequal thickness butt joints, and the tensile strength of equal thickness butt joints is better than that of unequal thickness butt joints.
