欠发达地区基于现代学徒制培养多轴数控加工人才的课程体系构建
The Construction Of Curriculum System Based On Modern Apprenticeship to Cultivate Multi-axis NC Machining Talents In Less-developed Areas
【摘要】 通过联合企业共同实施现代学徒制多轴数控加工人才培养,构建基于工作岗位的课程体系,实施双场所学习、双主体培养,实现资源共享,从而带动欠发达地区多轴数控加工人才培养。
【Abstract】 The curriculum system is constructed based on working post through the joint enterprise to implement modern apprenticeship multi-axis NC machining personnel training in this paper. The resource sharing is realized to promote the training of multi-axis NC machining talents in less-developed areas by implementing two-place learning and double-body culture.
