淖毛湖煤及显微组分热解半焦微观结构分析
Microstructure analysis of char from pyrolysis of naomaohu coal and macerals
【摘要】 为了认识煤及显微组分热解过程微观结构的变化,利用红外光谱和拉曼光谱对含不同显微组分的淖毛湖煤在氮气气氛下热解半焦进行分析,研究热解半焦结构随温度的变化。分析结果表明:煤在温度<350℃干燥脱气后,其中的无定形碳和缺陷结构相对数量略有减少;当温度为350~500℃时,煤发生剧烈分解,其无定形碳和缺陷结构相对数量增加;当温度为500~800℃时,煤中的芳香结构发生缩合及杂环开裂,煤中无定形碳、缺陷和交联结构相对数量增加;当温度>800℃煤焦向石墨化转变,其无序结构相对数量减少。红外光谱分析证明,煤中脂肪族化合物和含氧基团在650℃前基本分解。综合比较不同显微组分煤热解半焦的红外光谱和拉曼光谱分析结果表明,煤中惰质组体积分数增加,其芳香度提高,交联结构增多,脂肪弱键减少,无定形碳结构和缺陷结构减少,完成热解反应所需温度提高。
【Abstract】 In order to understand microstructure variation of char during pyrolysis of coal and macerals,chars from pyrolysis of Naomaohu coal with different volume fractions of macerals under nitrogen atmosphere were analyzed by ATR-FTIR and Raman,and its structure variation with temperature was studied.The analysis results show that amorphous carbon and defect structure in Naomaohu coal decrease slightly after dry degassing below 350℃.Coal decomposed violently at 350~500℃ and the amorphous carbon and defect structure increased.The aromatic structure was condensed and the heterocyclic ring was broken at 500~800℃,which resulted in the increase of amorphous carbon,defect structure and crosslinked structure.Graphitization of char occurred at temperature over 800℃,and the disordered structure decreased.ATR-FTIR analysis shows that the aliphatic structure and oxygen-containing group in coal decompose below 650℃.The results of Raman and ATR-FTIR indicate that when the volume fraction of inertinite in coal increases,the aromaticity and crosslinked structure increase,but the aliphatic structure,amorphous carbon and defect structure decrease,and the pyrolysis reaction requires higher temperature.
