2-甲基烯丙基氯水解动力学研究
Reaction kinetics of methallyl chloride hydrolysis
【摘要】 2-甲基烯丙基氯与碱作用水解生成2-甲基烯丙基醇,同时产生副产物二-(2-甲基烯丙基)-醚。为了获得该水解反应动力学数据,以2-甲基烯丙基氯和氢氧化钠水溶液为原料,在反应温度343.15~363.15 K、排除传质影响的条件下进行实验。结果表明,2-甲基烯丙基氯水解反应在水相中进行,它和氢氧化钠反应的表观活化能为98.25 kJ×mol-1,指前因子为3.101×1011 L×mol-1×min-1;形成二-(2-甲基烯丙基)-醚的副反应表观活化能为83.89kJ×mol-1,指前因子为5.024×1010L×mol-1×min-1。
【Abstract】 Methallyl chloride was hydrolyzed to prepare methallyl alcohol under alkaline conditions with by-product dimethallyl ether. In order to study hydrolysis kinetics, the reaction between methallyl chloride and aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide was investigated at 343.15~363.15 K by eliminating mass transfer interference. The results show that hydrolysis reaction occurred in the aqueous phase with activation energy of 98.25 kJ×mol-1 and pre-exponential factor of 3.101×1011 L×mol-1×min-1. The observed activation energy of the side reaction to form dimethallyl ether was 83.89 kJ×mol-1 and the pre-exponential factor was 5.024×1010 L×mol-1×min-1.
