红色荧光粉SrTiF6:Eu3+的合成及发光性能研究
Synthesis and Luminescent Properties of Red Phosphor SrTiF6:Eu3+
【摘要】 采用固相法,两步合成制备了SrTiF6:Eu3+荧光粉,系统研究了Eu3+用量对发光强度的影响,并对样品进行XRD、SEM和荧光光谱(PL)分析。结果表明,当Eu3+用量为0.16 mmol时,用393 nm的紫外光激发样品,617nm处的红光发射最强。计算得到SrTiF6:Eu3+的红光发射的色坐标为(0.64,0.37),接近国际标准值(0.67,0.33),表明这种荧光粉有低激发强发射的特点,具有一定的研究意义。
【Abstract】 The SrTiF6:Eu3+fluorescent powder was synthesized by solid phase two-step synthesis method,the effect of Eu3+dosageon luminous intensity was studied,and XRD,SEM and fluorescence spectra(PL)were used to analyze the experimental samples.The results showed that when the dosage of Eu3+was 0.16mmol,the stimulated was at 393nm,the red emission was strongest at 617nm,which was close to the international standard value(0.67,0.33),so this kind of phosphor had the characterististic of low excitation intensity emission and had certain research significance.
