基于补偿变压器的LED路灯调光系统

【摘要】 为解决目前LED路灯调光系统中传输距离较短、成本较高和极易受外界干扰等问题,设计了一种基于补偿变压器的LED路灯调光系统.该系统通过对补偿变压器二次侧的不同接法,按要求微小改变电压波形,由电网线路传输至路灯终端,与单片机建立连接;单片机根据电压波形内容,输出对应的PWM波形,使LED驱动电路调节路灯亮度.实验结果表明:补偿变压器可输出有效平滑的电压波形,实现1 600 m内稳定可靠的远距离LED路灯调光.

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of short transmission distance,high cost and susceptibility to external interference in the current LED street light dimming system,an scheme of LED street light dimming based on compensation transformer was designed. The compensation transformer is used as the control terminal,and changing the voltage waveform of the power grid slightly. It is transmitted to the street lamp terminal through the line to connected to the single chip microcomputer,analyzing the handshake protocol and control strategy at the control end,and output different PWM waveforms to make the LED driver circuit adjust the street light brightness. The experimental results show that the compensation transformer can output an effective and smooth voltage waveform,and achieve a stable and reliable long-distance LED street light dimming at 1 600 m.
