【Abstract】 Under the background of "Internet +", the main risk sources of illegal fund-raising behaviors can be divided into platform risk and participant risk, which are different in degree of exposure, harm and vulnerability, and their risk generation is caused by supervision and technology. This kind of fund raising risk is characterized by multiple risks formed by internet, traditional illegal fund raising and the coupling of the two, which makes it easy to break the boundary of internal risks in the process of risk transfer and transmission, thus affecting other markets.
