【摘要】 目的探讨规范化心电监护报警参数设置在临床工作中的应用效果。方法采用德尔菲法咨询专家意见,形成报警参数设置规范。比较心电监护报警参数设置正确率。结果两轮咨询问卷有效回收率分别为93.3%和86.7%,专家权威系数为0.805。实施心电监护报警参数设置规范后,心电监护报警参数设置正确率由88.14%提高至95.39%,差异有统计学意义。结论心电监护报警参数设置规范可指导临床护士监测患者生命体征,有益于患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of standardized ECG monitoring alarm parameter setting in clinical application. Methods The Delphi method was used to collect expert opinions and decide alarm parameter setting specification. The correct rate of ECG monitoring alarm parameter setting before was compared. Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation were 93.3% and 86.7%, respectively, and the expert authority coefficient was 0.805. After the implementation of ECG monitoring alarm parameter setting specification, the correct rate of ECG monitoring alarm parameter setting increased from 88.14% to 95.39%, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The ECG monitoring alarm parameter setting specification can guide the nurses to monitor the patients’ vital signs, which is helpful for ensuring patient safety.更多还原
