【摘要】 目的了解社区护士对中心静脉导管使用及维护技术的认知状况,为社区护士开展中心静脉导管维护技术培训提供理论依据。方法 2018年12月至2019年1月,采取便利取样法,选取参加中心静脉导管维护技术社区医务人员培训班和江苏省护理学会基层护理学术会议上来自67个社区服务站点的合计253名护士,依照《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》的中心静脉导管护理相关条目设计"社区护理人员中心静脉导管维护知识认知调查表"进行调查。结果被调查社区护士对于PICC相关知识完全不了解的有13名,占5.1%;对PORT相关知识完全不了解的有111名,占43.9%;对中心静脉导管使用和护理知识得分为(14.02+5.49)分,其中合格及优秀人数仅占53.0%,不同职称的社区护士对中心静脉导管使用和护理知识掌握得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对中心静脉导管的使用范围知晓率仅为28.5%;对PICC、PORT封管液浓度的知晓率仅为37.5%和26.9%,仅有30.4%的社区护士知道中心静脉导管护理时皮肤消毒的范围。结论社区护士对中心静脉导管使用及护理知识认知严重不足,对社区护士有针对性的规范培训势在必行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study is to understand the cognition of central venous catheter(CVC) application and maintenance in community nurses, and provide theoretical basis for the training design. Methods The survey on the cognition of CVC application was performed in community nurses who participated in the training course of CVC maintenance techniques and academic conference of Jiangsu Nursing Association from 67 communities by convenience sampling method. Results Thirteen nurses(5.1%) had no knowledge of PICC, while 111(43.9%) of PORT. The awareness rate of CVC application scope in community nurses reached at 28.45% merely. There were significant differences of the awareness scores of CVC application among the nurses with different professional titles(P<0.05). The awareness rates of PICC and PORT flush fluid concentration were only 37.5% and 26.8% respectively. And only 30.4% of community nurses knew the scope of skin disinfection in the using of CVC. Conclusions The investigation of community nurses on the application of central venous catheter and nursing knowledge is seriously inadequate, the community nurses targeted training is imperative.更多还原
