【摘要】 目的分析重大疾病对家庭造成的重大影响。方法采用随机抽样调查方法从地区医疗机构随机抽取125例常见重大疾病病人进行调查,并对人均医疗费用统计结果运用描述性流行病学分析,分析其卫生支出情况。结果人均医疗费用统计显示,肝癌患者最高,人均92 015元,其次是肺癌患者,人均81 391元,乙肝患者人均52 455元,其中肝癌患者的年医疗费用支出是家庭年可支配收入的2.17倍,除碘缺乏病外,传染病、慢性病、精神病、职业病等疾病人均医疗费用支出均超出了家庭收入50%。结论肝癌造成的家庭负担最重,应加强对肝癌疾病的预防,同时完善国家重大疾病保障水平与补偿制度,完善医疗卫生保障体系,减轻乙肝患者的经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the major effects of major diseases on families.Methods A total of 125 people were randomly sampled from regional hospitals for investigation.Descriptive epidemiological analysis was used to ana-lyze the statistical results of medical expenses per capita.Results Per capita medical expenses were the highest in patients with liver cancer(92 015 yuan per capita),followed by 81 391 yuan per capita for patients with lung cancer and 52 455 yuan per person for patients with hepatitis B.Among them,the annual medical expenses of patients with liver cancer were 2.17 times the annual disposable income of their families,with the exception of iodine deficiency disorders.Infectious diseases,chronic diseases,mental illness,occupational diseases per capita medical expenses were more than 50% of household income.Conclusion The family burden caused by liver cancer is the heaviest,and the prevention of liver cancer diseases should be strengthened.The level of national major diseases guarantee and compensation system and the medical and health security system should be perfected.The economic burden of patients with hepatitis B should be alleviated.更多还原
