【摘要】 目的探讨肺癌患者外周血和组织中γδT细胞及其亚群的分布特征及临床意义。方法流式细胞术检测10例肺癌患者外周血、20例健康对照者外周血、15例肺癌患者癌组织及其癌旁正常组织中γδT细胞、Vδ1T细胞和Vδ2T细胞的表达水平。结果肺癌患者外周血中Vδ2T细胞的表达水平显著低于健康对照者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);肺癌患者癌组织中浸润的γδT细胞(P <0.001)和Vδ1T细胞(P<0.001)表达水平显著高于癌旁正常组织;肺癌患者癌组织中浸润的Vδ1T细胞表达水平与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者外周血及癌组织中γδT细胞及其亚群具有截然不同的分布特征,癌组织浸润的Vδ1T细胞表达水平与淋巴结转移有关,提示γδT细胞及其亚群可能参与肺癌病程的进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution and clinical significance ofγδT cells and their subsets in peripheral blood and tissues of patients with lung cancer.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression ofγδT cells,Vδ1 Tcells and Vδ2 Tcells in peripheral blood of 10 lung cancer patients,20 healthy controls,the cancer tissue and the adjacent normal tissues of 15 lung cancer patients.Results The expression level of Vδ2 Tcells in the peripheral blood of lung cancer patients was significantly lower than that of the healthy control group(P<0.001),the expression levels ofγδT cells(P<0.001)and Vδ1 Tcells(P<0.001)infiltrated in the cancer tissues of lung cancer patients were significantly higher than those in the adjacent normal tissues,and the expression level of Vδ1 infiltrated in the cancer tissues of lung cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the normal tissues;correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).ConclusionThe distribution ofγδT cells and their subsets in peripheral blood and cancer tissues of patients with lung cancer is quite different.The expression level of Vδ1 Tcells infiltrated by cancer tissues is related to lymph node metastasis,suggesting thatγδT cells and their subsets may be involved in the progression of lung cancer.更多还原
